Elevated Futures Ltd. was founded by Liam Wharton and Michael Jeffs.
Both of them began their careers as Residential Support Workers and progressed through various leadership roles, ultimately becoming Registered Managers of Ofsted-regulated children’s homes. Over the years, they developed a strong and respected reputation across the sector — known for delivering high-quality, compliant care and building positive, collaborative relationships with Ofsted inspectors and local authorities alike.
After gaining extensive frontline and leadership experience, they recognised a clear gap in the market: a need for homes that didn’t just meet minimum standards but genuinely prioritised relationships, stability, and recovery for children with complex emotional and behavioural needs. Elevated Futures was born from that vision — to provide safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environments where young people can begin to rebuild their lives.
